Position - Manager - HR Experience - 6 - 8 years in generalist role Industry - Education ( Reputed Business School in Noida) Location - Sector 125 , Noida Compensation - 6 - 8 Lacs/annum Notice Period - Immediately/15 days Job Description- Manager-HR shall be involved in the General HR and Administration functions in alignment with the goals of the institution. S/he shall provide all necessary support for employee welfare, engagement as well as smooth operations and general administration. S/he must have excellent oral and written Communication skills with a pleasing personality. Should be Experienced to have worked in a reputed educational institute (shall be an added advantage, but is not a limiting factor). S/he must be able to handle work pressure and should be able to perform independently under the guidance of reporting Manager. Roles and Responsibilities: · Manage the complete recruitment and selection process of employees all across the organisation · Facilitate in the Joining and Induction of new employees. · Provide all the necessary infrastructure support to the new joiners (Coordinate with IT Department for Computer System, creation of mail ids, seating arrangement etc) · Maintain and update personal data and records of all the employees. · Bridge the management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues · Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Vision of Organisation · Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance · Manage Payroll through Attendance and Leave Management. · Assess training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs · Maintain and Update the HR policies. · Manage the HR systems and Processes. · Plan for Employee Welfare and Engagement. · Ensure the Statutory Compliances. · Manage Day to day General Administration issues · Be involved in Cost Control. · Nurture a positive working environment within the organisation Designated Candidate should have the following traits: Excellent Inter Personal Skills, Very Good on Communication front, Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, Excellent listening skills, good negotiation and presentation skills.
